Biography

Nicole and Jennifer - a mother/daughter duo created An American in Paris to bring their native French passion for travel,
culture, and home decor to America.  

A shared passion for beautiful and unique objet d'art, Nicole's former career as a French diplomat made her a citizen of the
world.  She and Jennifer have lived and traveled throughout the world.

They both share the passion of making beautiful and unique items, and would like to share with you their adventures.

An American in Paris jewelry line features hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind glam rings, necklaces fit for the royal courts of King Louis
himself, and bedazzled hair pieces. What a find!

Nicole, the brain, embroidress, expert cross-stitcher and designer behind the operation, has spent years perfecting her line. And
believe me, it’s a home décor line to write home about. The line features hand-picked, exclusive to France designer bags
including linge(laundry), bijoux(jewelry) and chaussures(shoe) bags; hand-embroidered tea cozies; and an exquisite selection of
intricately personalized embroidered baby bibs. The bags are a favorite among travel girls, the bibs are raved by moms of
spaghetti-throwing, pea-soup-loving, adorable-as-can-be babies, and the tea cozies are usually snatched up by those reminiscing
their days spent at their chateau in the south of France.
